This charming caravan 🏡, nestled in the peaceful Woodlands Holiday Park & Country Club, is perfect for a family getaway. Set low on a hillside 🌲 with a sunny, south-facing aspect ☀️, it’s a great spot to unwind. Relax by the pool 🏊‍♂️, dine out at the on-site bar 🍔, and soak up the peaceful surroundings.

The caravan is furnished with its original fixtures, offering a clean and comfortable space 🧼🛋️. Despite being a few years old and well-loved, it has been carefully maintained.

There are two bedrooms: a double bed 🛌 in one room and 2 small singles 🛏️🛏️ in the other. In the lounge area, there's a sofa bed 🛋️ that folds out into a small double.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge 🧊, microwave 🍲, oven 🍳, gas hob 🔥, sink 🧼, and cupboard space to store all your holiday snacks 🥐.

The dining area and lounge are spacious enough to fit everyone for dinner 🍽️, socializing 🗣️, watching TV 📺, or getting the board games out 🎲.

The combi boiler provides hot water 💧 for the kitchen and bathroom sinks and shower and radiators for heating. There’s also a gas fire 🔥 in the lounge for cozy evenings.

The static caravan is situated on a spacious plot within the Woodlands Holiday Park, Bryn Crug, offering plenty of space so it never feels crowded 🌳.

The site features a clubhouse with laundry facilities 🧺, a restaurant/bar 🍔🥂 and outdoor pool 🏊‍♂️ (seasonal restrictions apply - please check before booking).
