Nestled on a quiet terrace off the main square in Aberdyfi, Mousehole is a beautifully renovated Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage.

Step outside and you’re moments from the harbour, sandy beach, cafés, pubs, bistros, shops, galleries, Yacht Club, and celebrated links golf course.

Stroll beside the water, follow winding paths into the hills, or simply soak up the slow, peaceful rhythm of village life.

With great public transport links, everything is within easy reach — even without a car.

Inside, the cosy lounge with its log-burning stove invites you to unwind. There's a comfy seating area, dining space, and entertainment options including a Smart TV, DAB radio, and unlimited Wi-Fi – perfect for a night in.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine – ideal for everything from simple breakfasts to hearty dinners. The modern bathroom includes a shower, W.C., heated towel rail, and hand basin.

Upstairs, the bright and airy bedroom features dual-aspect windows, high ceilings, a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a dresser.

To the rear, the enclosed terraced garden offers a peaceful elevated spot to sit out and take in views across the rooftops to the hills beyond – a lovely setting for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

You’ll have full, private use of the cottage and garden. A key box allows for flexible self-check-in after 3pm.

To help you settle in, you’ll find complimentary Welsh milk, traditional Welsh cakes, fresh ground coffee, and a starter supply of logs for the fire waiting for you when you arrive.

* A parking pass for the main Aberdyfi car park (about a 300m / 3 minute walk away) is included with your stay.

* Short-stay spaces located within 50 metres of the cottage for loading/unloading.

* Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs areas. Please let us know by using the dropdown menu next to “Guests” when booking — there’s an option to add pets. We’ll leave a welcome pack with bowls, towels, and a few treats too!
